Fares shown are round-trip totals in a Swift Dzire, including fuel and driver. Larger vehicles cost more; toll, parking and driver allowance are extra at actuals.

Total kilometres travelled × the per-km rate for your vehicle, with a minimum of 250 km billed per day, plus the driver night allowance (₹300 per night for cars, ₹500 for tempo travellers). Toll, parking and inter-state permits are added at actuals with receipts. We work the whole figure out with you before you confirm.
Not in the vehicle fare. We can book hotels for you separately — budget guest houses to 4-star — and quote them as a clear add-on. The driver arranges his own stay and meals out of the night allowance.
Yes, that happens often. Extra kilometres are billed at the same per-km rate, so there is no penalty for adding a temple or an extra night. Just tell the driver or call the office.
For multi-day outstation tours we ask for a token advance to block the vehicle — usually 20 to 25 percent, by UPI or bank transfer. The balance is due at the end of the trip. Local trips generally need no advance.
Cancel more than 24 hours before departure and the advance is refunded in full. Inside 24 hours we retain a part of it, since the vehicle and driver were already blocked for your dates.
Most of our tours start as a rough idea — “four days, Ayodhya and Prayagraj, my parents are elderly.” Send that much and we will come back with a day-by-day plan, the right vehicle and one clear total.
